    I really did not think that drive through could rectify an online banking issue. However, Raven accepted the task. At some point; Vanessa took over and after (2) phones calls, my issue was resolved. I even got an 18 ounce stainless steel tumbler for my troubles. Life equals challenges, however how they are addressed shows a persons true character. Thank you Raven and Vanessa! 😎

    I recently took out an auto loan with SC Federal. I personally know the Branch Manager, Vanessa Sinclair and she has yet to fail me with her professionalism and business. She directed me to Ms. Nicole from the Rivers Avenue branch and I closed out on my loan within 3 days. The process was smooth ( as always) and I enjoyed their service. Thanks Nicole and Vanessa.

    Went to cash a check and experienced the absolute definition of good customer service the teller Noemi was amazing. She was nice, and treated me like a true member of the credit union. Definitely my favorite experience with the union.

    I've been a member of SC Federal for several years. Although the services offerd has changed, in my opinion the customer service has not. In particular Vanessa Sinclair, Vanessa has always gone above and beyond in assisting me and my family. Because she has attended to our needs for so long, she treats us as if we're family.I never feel rushed, pressured or feel as if I'm a newsome. Vanessa is very professional , she's very passionate about what she does, and I trust her. She is an assest to the credit union. Thank you SCFCU for having Vanessa on your team

    If I could give negative stairs I would. I deposited a CASHIERS check from Bank of America in there ATM on Saturday 1/5, I was given no warning that would be holding the whole check. They released $200 for me to use the following day but then immediately took it back from my account, leaving me with no money. When I called customer service on Monday (1/7), they stated that they pulled the checks from the ATM and that they were verifying them, and they should be released to me sooner than the 2 day hold. It is now Tuesday (1/7) no money has been released into my account, so I call them back and they stated even though they have verified the check, they will not release my funds until Wednesday around 4:45pm. They offered to release a very small portion to me, as if the money did not belong to me... this is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with, I would rather bank with Wells Fargo or Bank of America. If I could cancel my accounts I would.

    went there today was assisted by Nicole Davis,and she was amazing she helped us register our acounts for on-line banking, every time we go to this branch the associates here are always so helpful, we having several accounts and my husband is legally blind so he requires large writing and they ar always willing to accommadate his request. They all are so very helpful and we just love that. Great team!!
