    I closed my account the other day. I had only one issue with the bank and that is they don't have have access to SWIFT. They have always been courteous even when pulling my money out. It always feel personal and never felt rush the few time I had to deal with them. Now I'm trying to put money to another bank with access to SWIFT and i can't even make my appointment because I dont have an account... A real catch-22.

    I had a loan though Sound Credit union years ago. I was so happy with their service that I kept my account with them open and active. I have always been treated with respect and in a way that made me feel like they honestly care about their customers. One of their associates, Sabrina, helped me get an automatic payment started to another banking facility. I really liked the fact she was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciated her help with my documents.

    Long drive thru lines and not open inside. Seems to be the only bank not letting people in. Appointments are hard to get. Not going here anymore for my shared branching needs... SCU Yuck!! It's almost like they don't want you using there bank... P.s. this is a crime ridden area and I'm sure that's why ATM is always being broken and busted up...

    Went to this location yesterday, as others have said, for some reason they aren't letting foot traffic in so it is drive through ONLY, very inconvenient. it is now, what? day 390 of the 15 day lockdown and this random bank has drive through only, I waited 25 minutes in line with 10 cars in front of me. The location nearest to me accepts drive through or walk in. AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you want to be waiting...

    I moved here in March and have never had any issues with this location. Well, I did have just one issue once where I was trying to deposit cash into the ATM and it wouldn’t let me. They said sometimes that feature breaks because people try to put too much in at once and then someone has to come fix it. But other than that, I go here all the time and always a good experience.

    If I could go negative I would. We have two separate accounts. One with sound, one with another bank. I added a join on my account on 4/17/17. Amy forgot to order his debit card, so it wasn't ordered until the 28th.... We went on vacation, came back on May 18th and still no card! Called and talked to Christine on 5/22/17 and they have no clue where the card is and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days again to receive a different one. I asked if it could be sooner, and they said they could... for a fee. None of this was my fault. We went in with plenty of time to have this card before we went on vacation and we didn't receive it because of negligence on their part. VERY disappointing. I haven't banked with them long, and already issues.

    Always a line. Never enough help with the drive- thru . you would think after 8 months or so they would have a better system of drive-thru banking.

    Too many rules, too little access to our money. Crazy long holds on checks, even from our retirement account from other banks. Weeks to get our money. We have never had even an overdraft.

    Atm is always down! They don't like doing cash advances with BECU accounts. I'm disabled and not have to drive to another location because they're lazy.
