I am so impressed with the customer service at the Tacoma branch. The staff know customers by there first names. I watched as Maria (manager) worked with her young new staff with compassion, patience and keeping them relaxed. This is what a small town bank in a big city feels like. Absolutely the best bank- ever. The ladies there know me by name! I don't go in often, I dont have alot in my account, but they still remember who I am! They even notice when I get a hair cut! I don't think these ladies are even capable of providing "HORRIBLE" customer service- as another reviewer commented. That person has to be confused. This is bank is absolutely wonderful. I once had booked the wrong flight and had to request a refund for my purchase... This where most financial institutions then take 3-5 day to make funds available- Not them! Instantly!
