Sonrise Villas Sonrise Pl, Fellsmere

My mother has fallen down and one of the staff members who was around ignored me for help. My mother is 60 years old and is pretty heavy, so I needed help to get her seated, so the staff member just said “not my problem” and walked away. Ive called the office about it and they didn’t care either. I Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Came here to visit a friend for their birthday and the staff who ride their golf karts are extremely rude. It was a bad impression coming here for the first time and realizing this place is not maintained clean and the people they hired are the worst

This place is terrible. The rent keeps going up. & the maintenance people don’t know how to fix anything. The ac goes out every 3-4 weeks. There’s roaches. & it’s just a terrible place to live. Don’t waste your time getting on the waiting list.

New management is awful. Banging on your door in the middle of the night to find out who parked wrong.can't even do an inspection right have to go through it twice cause they screwed up.neighbors partying outside your Windows almost every night leaving there beer bottles everywhere. Neighbors are mean and nasty.

Well we have lived here for 3 years and the property and it's staff have never been better. The whole community has been repainted, parking lots, play ground and the car center. Staff is always there unlike Brenda the old manager who just shut the door on your face when you have problems. Lupita you know managment sent out notice telling everyone to use all dumpsters on site when the others are full there are 4 dumpsters lazy residents only use two because they dont want to walk or drive to the other 2 empty dumsters that Lupita did not take pictues of. And as for the two bed room units i pay the max only 699.00. Thats hello cheap! Try to find one anywhere under 800.00 good luck. The new Managment tries to beatify the community and give us great customer service and people like Lupita and this other lady Jada whats to break them. Have you even mad a complaint to managment? I reported my neighbors smoking leaving butts. The managment fined them no more problems. So try talking to them Im sure non of you gone there they are a great bunch of people I love there work here at sonrise. If you are so un happy move to public housibg or the nearest trailer park and let me know how that works for you. Sincerely, Carlos and Maria Martinez. We just signed for another year loving it!

Moving in soon!! Can not wait!! My family really needed this. Moving from Brevard County where rent is impossible. Starting a job in Fellsmere in the agricultural field and I love this complex reserves 40% of it's units for the agricultural workers.

Do not live here thay have horrible ac and cockroch

this place is so bad but playground had a hole in the slide there's trash that's always at the dumpsters and a playground slide they put cement on it's a plastic slide

That was were I lived sense I was 2 to 5 and also were I met my first girlfriend they were not bad the staff were nice but they costed to much for what they were

Please, do not live here as the maintenance is terrible the trash bins are almost always full, and it is just terrible i don't suggest this place no matter what.
