Ben Creisher was awesome to have as my mortgage broker. He keep a very stressful event of buying a house less stressful. He always called with updates and let me know what was next. I have given his name to others who are looking for homes soon.
Thank you so much!

Its was a pleasure working with Ben. He made my first time home purchase experience extremely easy. He was always available, didnt mind answering all my crazy questions and even walked me thru removing things from my credit. Provided me with a script told me exactly what to say, which worked wonderfully. I have highly recommeded him to family and friends.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review. Ben is a worth 5 stars to us too!

In the top 3 (I should say bottom 3) of my worse experience in my 13 years in real estate. They referred a buyer to another agent and they went under contract on one of my listings. Never did they advise the buyer or her agent that she had a "complex file" We close 6 weeks late and got a lot of run around. Also, they do not move quickly, once one thing was approved, it would take days for the next department to do their part. Giving zero stars was not an option or I would have.
Jennifer, I understand your frustration and thank you for your feedback. For privacy reasons, there are certain aspects of a borrower’s financial situation that cannot be disclosed to either of the real estate agents - so, I can understand why you could feel that you were left in the dark. Unfortunately, complications can arise during the loan process that no one is expecting. The borrower had several aspects of her financial situation that made it very difficult for government financing. We aim to meet every closing date and aim to make all parties involved happy with the transaction. I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations. :) However, I am glad that we were able to close the loan for the borrower and get her into her new home. We also were able to get her the maximum amount of cash back at closing…so that was nice for the borrower as well. :)

I found CREFCO while doing research on the internet in the quest to obtain a home loan as a first time home buyer. The initial encounter was great, my loan officer Kyle was professional and answered questions in a timely manner. I closed on my dream home 3/31/2016, closing date was originally 3/28/2016. Toward the end the entire experience was a nightmare. Every time there was a document requested of me I sent it within 24 hours. They gave a me a lengthy list and everything was sent only to have the conditions team malinger for 2 weeks and only clearing 3 things off a list of approximately 10 items. My loan processor Jeff was cavalier and seemed somewhat annoyed at times about all the unnecessary paper work that I had to pay to fax repeatedly. In addition he told me maybe the conditions team was busy and backed-up and I should just fax everything directly to him (AGAIN). Lindsay Monzon who was the closer never directly contacted me, never answered any of my calls, and only returned one email that did not include the information I requested about the closing costs. My realtor kept calling and emailing her also with no response, and then once she got hold of her she kept asking who the buyer was. They did not let me know the exact amount to bring to closing so my realtor told me to use the old closing disclosure and wire more than the amount which I did and ultimately got money back from. Closing was initially scheduled for 12 noon and had to be rescheduled to 2pm because they did not send information to the closing attorney by 11 am. By 1pm I still was not certain the closing was going to happen but by God's grace my realtor called me and told me they were ready for me to proceed. I would not recommend CREFCO to my friends, family, or anyone else. Their behavior is self-seeking and is not in the best interest nor do they advocate on behalf of the consumer. I am so glad it is over and I do not have to deal with them further.
I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, Ronnette. Dealing with a government loan has its challenges in 2016. The good thing that came out of this is that you closed nearly on time. I did pass along, as well, your kind comments about Kyle.

After dealing with this company for three months, my husband and I closed on our home on May 3rd, 2016. I did not find the staff, especially Beth Carlin, to be very helpful and definitely did not go out of their way to make this process easier. The only occurrence that the staff was diligent about getting back to us was after I posted a negative review on Google. Most days, it took a dozen phone calls for anyone to respond to us. Our closing date changed six times during the entire process, and the amount to close also fluctuated so many times, that we ended up having to come up with $2,000 more dollars a week before closing. Although, this company did end up pulling it together and we ended up closing, I would still not recommend this company to anyone I know. I realize purchasing a home can be a daunting task, but this company made the process harder than it needed to be. The only positive thing I can say about this company is one member of its staff, Jon Harnish. He tried his hardest to get our loan through and attempted to keep us updated, but once we were transferred into the hands of Ms. Carlin, the process went downhill, quickly.

Chris Brown and John Harnish were excellent through the entire process...The problem was in the closing department, it took longer than anticipated. We were told a date and time then had some issues with communication. All in all I would highly recommend Consumer Real Estate Finance Co.
Thanks for the feedback Lori!!

Great company to work with. Eric Morhaim was extremely helpful in the home loan process. He stays on top of the loan process, very informative, and easy to reach when I had questions. He made pre qualification quick and easy. I would highly recomend CREFCO to anyone seeking a home loan.
Thanks Sonny for the 5 star review and kind words about our Loan Officer, Eric!
