The Springfield SBDC and Rob Alexander (and many other advisors) have been a tremendous help in my business success. They have helped me with several projects over the years (video editing, accounting, Quickbooks, etc.) and most recently with my PPP loan application and forgiveness application. The PPP loan was very intimidating, they are super helpful and patient. I don't understand why other business owners do not utilize these resources to their benefit... it's what it's there for.
