    We picked out a lot and agreed to a price on the Abilene Model in January 2021. We signed our paperwork agreeing on the price and lot, however because we had three add on items that Katherine could not price herself, we were told that we would receive our contract a few days later to sign. Long story short, I had to text, email, call and contact the corporate office because we received no contract or communication. After two months of tracking Katherine down for answers, we were told that the home could no longer be built on the lot we were offered by the builder. At the time of choosing the model and lot, there were several options. I asked if we would be put at the top of the line for the next home, or if we could simply choose one of the many lots to be available and we were told no. I even offered to pay more to compensate for the increase in building material costs. We were told to come back in December to try again and that we would have to pay the increased 2022 price. We, a family, spent January, February & March 2021 thinking that we had agreed with he builder on a home and a lot. This is a time that the housing market had increased significantly and we could have continued to shop for a home. The agent and sales manager (Owner's son) acted in a completely unethical manner. I have all communications and non-responses in email and text form, which I'd love to post. Stay away from this unethical company.

Upon a search of our records, however, a contract agreement to build your home does not exist. The Abilene is undoubtedly one of our most popular plans in the neighborhood and the division. It's popularity does affect how often we are able to build this plan in a neighborhood and unfortunately when you were looking we simply did not have an available lot to build this floorplan. We will have new lots coming available in Phase 5 to build an Abilene and we encourage you to join the interest list to be the first to know when those lots will be available!
