Simple Solutions Contracting (SSC) successfully overcame several challenges to provide a professional and cost-effective above-garage addition to our home. SSC helped to identify a roofing defect that my insurance company paid for completely (100%). Their roofing expertise and responsiveness is what made me consider them for this addition. Poor communication and foresight at the beginning of the project was a challenge. However, after a few noticeable adjustments everything from that point forward was exceptional. Their on-site team, led by Wes, did a magnificent job applying care and extraordinary craftsmanship to every detail. They did so in the snow, rain and shine in order to keep the project moving forward after several delays. The on-site team also lent ideas that improved the cost and look of the design, and maximized space that netted a his/her closet. I hope the closet space challenged spouses can appreciate that. Additionally, the team helped to collaborate to solve issues beyond their control. The team finished strong and ultimately delivered a product that my family and our small neighborhood is proud of. I have already had comments like “It looks fantastic!” and “It does not look like an addition.” They took care to bring the area back to its original level of cleanliness and made repairs to minor damage caused during the job. I would and will recommend them to others. In fact, I am already considering them for another large project.

I had a huge addition put on my home and the contractor that did the work left a large portion of it not the way it was contracted to go. After getting 4 estimates to finish the job, I settled on Simple Solutions to do the work. They showed up on time for a month straight and completely finished the job and passed all of the inspections the way it was meant to go. I am so relieved and grateful for the work they did. A++!!

Simple Solutions did a variety of projects at our house. They built and stained a beautiful new deck as well as an outdoor seating area. They repaired the soffit that was damaged during a storm. They repaired and painted stucco on the exterior of the house. Also purchased and replaced new windows and rehung an errant shutter. Matt and his team were very responsive and responsible. The work was done very well in a timely matter. Whatever I asked of Matt he figured out a way to get it done. They left everything neat and tidy when they were done and kept me apprised of their progress with text messages and photos. And their prices were very fair. I highly recommend them for any household project you need done. Matt was so great to work with and Mark did a great job staining the deck in brutally hot weather. Julie was also very responsive with any business matters. We are enjoying all our home improvements, especially during the quarantine! Thanks Simple Solutions!

Simple Solutions has performed work for us twice in the last year and a half and both jobs were completed to our satisfaction, within the prescribed timeframe, and with professional and courteous staff. Job 1: we were removing wall paper and found a giant hole in the side of our house that had developed over time due to a poor flashing repair made by previous owners. Water had infiltrated between two sections of our house and rotted out the supports and framing. Simple Solutions came in and fixed the repair from the top down. The roof was pulled back, the flashing repaired and roof returned to working order. The team then tore the wall open and removed all the damaged wood, drywall, etc. It was then built back out and everything was replaced, you wouldn't have known there had been damage. Throughout the whole process which took about two weeks the team cleaned up each day, respected our family space, and kept the open area covered to prevent further damage. The communication was great and when we found out our siding was no longer produced Simple Solutions worked with us and a local supplier to color match as best as possible. This lead to a small delay which was clearly communicated. Job 2: our home needed a new roof, badly! After our excellent experience with our wall, Simple Solutions was an easy call for this project. They listened to our wants for the roof related to shingle selection, located it, and coordinated delivery. They were clear and upfront about the process and indicated that while we had a quote it could be impacted by the condition of the plywood under the shingles and the need to replace any of it. Lucky us, most of the plywood needed to be replaced. The onsite team communicated this to us so we were aware prior to getting our final cost. The roofers also found deficient areas from the previous install and corrected those instead of overlooking them. Pictures were taken during the whole process to show us what was being done and the damage found. Our family would recommend Simple Solutions for any work needed at your house!

The customer service from the people that came out to the house - did the roof replacement- and people in the office - was top notch. They were terrific to work with & kept us updated every step of the way. In today’s world- good customer service is a rarity - but it isn’t with this company !!! Highly recommend. Simple Solutions did what they said they would do and with the speed I never expected. These guys knocked off our old roof, replaced boards, and put the new roof on all in one day. They removed things i didnt think about being in the way, they covered the flowerbed and all the decking to protect may landscape and cleaned up. It was almost like no one was here at all. Our new roof looks great. I would definitely recommend them

I recently had a piece of flat siding come off the side of my home. I called them seveal months ago to replace some shingles and the work they did was excellent. So they were the first company that I thought of to call in this instance. The work that this company does is excellent workmanship. I would recommend this company to my friends, relatives and neighbors. I will definately call them again if I have something around my home that needs repaired or replaced.

Brandon Stephenson an employee of Simple Solutions installed new windows in our home. He was very professional & we are absolutely pleased with the job he did! The trim work he did around the windows is amazing & looks beautiful! I would recommend Brandon Stephenson & Simple Solutions!
