Simmons Bank S Rangeline Rd, Joplin

Only 1 location in joplin and very inconvenient to get in to. Not open on weekends at all makes it hard for people that work weekdays to do any banking. Online mobile banking deposit never works.

Literally had the worst customer service experience with this bank for the first time ever. If you’re going to hire people to work with your customers when they are using your establishment for their financial needs, you might want to make sure they aren’t rude and short with customers. Maybe Simmons should have a hiring process like Chick-fil-A down the street, or at least get some ideas on how to hire appropriate employees for positions that include providing good customer service, because we all work hard and have bad days, but we don’t need to take it out on someone else, or give them the impression you’re put out, or going out of your way to make their deposit or any transaction. She literally just made me want to pull out all of my money and move banks! Great job short haired drive through lady (drawer #1725) at Joplin Rangline Branch. Hope to never see you again in drive-thru.

I would give -0 but can't. Katy Myers branch Manger is the worst. Simmons customer is null now. FDIC should shut them down. They lie and steal your money when they make mistakes.

Can't do any banking on Saturday in our area. No way to make a deposits. Better not charge for insufficient funds. Why the heck is this. At least open the drive thru like other banks do at 730am.

This is not Liberty Bank ...it got bought out by serous bank last year..n they won't honor if u have an account with liberty..so stupid..they need to change the name n put it on the Google site..

They're really great here. Amazing customer service and they can replace your card on site
