Card just got denied and left me stranded at gas station! Bank told me I had to come in to fix it! I had to have a family member come pay for my gas, was stuck at gas station for 4 hours because bank doesn't know how to make a working debit card! This is my 4th card in 2 months! Every card they issue doesn't work 90% of time! Definitely switching to a more reliable bank!

this bank cannot get a simple debit card to work for the 3rd time now which has left me i a checkout unable to pay more than once. dont go here expecting anything to work properly. wish i could give no stars because no one there seems to care

DO NOT go to this bank! Debit cards do not ever work! Ever since this bank switched from southwest to Simmons it has been nothing but problems! Staff doesn’t seem to care and constantly making me come in for a new card which never fixes the issue! It doesn’t matter which restaurant or store I go to, when card gets denied the store clerk immediately ask me if my debit card is red, they then tell me how they have never seen so many card errors in there life with this bank! That a lone is a tell tell sign to bank somewhere else! Steer clear!

Customer service is non existent at this particular branch. I highly recommend the Trail Lake location.
