Simmons Bank Stagecoach Rd, Little Rock

This bank is the slowest bank I have ever been to. The customer service is decent at best, but having to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru line behind 1 person is inexcusable. I wish I used a different bank entirely some times.

Not a fan of Simmons bank. They say no fees, but they take their fees from my account every month.

Told me they didn't have but 2k dollars in cash at this branch. Other bad experiences too. Trash branch. Disgrace to call themselves a bank.

Always out of change. Don’t even let you know. Doesn’t even exchange pleasantries. Denied me service because they closed at 12 and I let the car in front of me go first and she said I wasn’t in the line! Wouldn’t do a simple 2 minute change order for the business next door! Ridiculous. I feel like a nuance to them more than anything.

Waited 8 minutes the first lady that answered the call button was short with service. The second lady was very nice and helpful. I hope it was just a busy day for them

The employees are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on. The building is kept clean and the property is clean cut.
