I have had good experiences with the Seymour Sikorsky credit union. I have gotten auto loans at a great rate and the process was quick and simple. They also have home loans at great rates, and I found Lee and Sharon in the mortgage/loan department to be knowledgeable and quick to respond to me. I usually don't have a wait in the drive through. If there is a wait it is no more than any other bank I have been to. Sometimes there is a line in the lobby but that moves at a normal pace. Occasionally the teller does need to ask for help with a process or to answer a question but they are always friendly. Overall, I would recommend Sikorsky.

My experience at the Seymour branch is atrocious. The staff's attitudes are miserable, and aggressively interact with you. Beginning last year, my experience has been very difficult due to their new staff. I prefer to go to the another branch now rather than this one. I've been a member for many years and the staff was always respectful but now it has changed in a negative way.

This was my first visit to the Seymour branch office and I was a little worried about how it would turn out, after reading the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had Grace as my teller and she was very nice and professional and helpful; nothing like what was described in the other reviews.

I've been going here for 2 years. The first 18 months were fine but then it's like a wave came over most of the staff where the attitude is poor. If you don't want to at least pretend you're nice then that's fine. I'm going to resume using the ATM for all transactions now. Sadly though the ATM is consistently broken down here so I may just migrate to the Danbury branch. What a shame.

Worst customer service ever, super rude and useless. They never answer the phone and when they rarely do is some very rude lady who claims she has access to nothing and I always need to call another number where they also never answer? My credit card and debit card (THIS IS NOT A JOKE) have gotten stolen 3 times. Yes honey, 3!!!!! Im so over this bank

Everytime I go through the drive thru its a waiting game. Getting worst everytime I go. Also for being a member had an easier time getting a mortgage from another bank the reps have no clue and are in no rush to help either.

Worst bank every twice I have been ripped off this year. Never helpful and don’t anwser the phones have to wait a half hour. If your looking for a bank dont go here!!!

EVERYTIME i go...i sit at the drive through for about 20 min and end up leaving because no one helps me.. pisses me off i really needed help.. the parking lot was full (as normal) no where to park... i understand your busy but hire someone for the damn window..
