Completed my 2nd closing with Signature Lending and I can't rave enough about how professional and responsive this Lending Team is. If you need a lender who will listen, advocate for the buyer and get things completed on time, Mark and his Team are top notch. Very much appreciated the personal follow up and touchpoints!

I have no words to express the outstanding work ethics of Mark Harcrow and his team. He first helped us in buying or second home in 2018. Our situation was extraordinary, more like mission impossible due to our traveling schedule. Yet, he made it happen. Not only we closed on our property, but he also guided us through. Now in 2021, we were ready to refinance, and due to similar issues, plus the pandemic, we didn’t think we could at any time soon. But Mark got us through again. We closed in a timely matter with a desirable interest rate. I must add that this 2nd time around I was ill, not feeling well at all. Mark reached out even after closing to check on us. I used to think of people in sales and finance as heartless hustlers. But this is not the case with Mark and his team. They sure work hard for their business, but always showing the highest level of human decency. Don’t fall for online people blowing up your phone.
