TERRIBLE! Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Glitches in system are continuously tying up funds making them unavailable for withdrawal/use for lengths at a time. If I could give them zero stars I would.

will steal your money say it’s a technical issues and guess what it’s been well over a month and still haven’t received my money probably about to go to small claims because that’s the only way this company will give you your money back

Fantastic, forward-thinking company! I enjoy betting on occasional football and basketball games, but loath driving to the bank or paying ATM fees at the casino to get cash. Now I’ve a Stations Play+ account and can add funds remotely (FDIC insured), then place wagers, and immediately cash out without waiting in line at the sports book, or waiting days to get my own money. Given the ubiquity of non-cash payments outside of gaming, it’s shocking that no one found a responsible solution to the cash problem before Sightline. Regardless, am glad it’s here!
