Absolutely terrible people no wonder they have such high turnover. Files sit for months and when you call in nobody knows what’s going on. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

Terrible, this is the most incompetent office in town. Azarte and David are good people yet extremely incompetent. People like these shouldn’t be allowed to handle Title Paperwork

Wow, worst Sierra tittle office in town. They are so rude. Next time I’m buying a property first request will be not to use that tittle company

Very professional. The receptionist and the Sierra Title person we worked with were very nice and helped us navigate two toddlers on the brink of tantrums. As well as a dog. After a very long commute. Angels.

They are very professional and very friendly.

I never had someone look at me up and down and refuse me I just purchased a home and needed to put the title under my name. The lady in the front was not welcoming and was very disrespectful.

I wish I could give less than 1 Star. They are horrible. Not timely, unprofessional, poor business ethics. Took from mid october 2018 to mid February 2019 to even get an appointment to close. Sure it’s nice inside but these people suck. STEER CLEAR!!!

I have had good closings at Sierra Title, Laura Marquez is an experienced officer. I highly recommend her.

Horrible experience! I close on my property and all funds have been paid to them and they did not deliver the keys to me!! Very unprofessional
