Office receptionist (male, didn't have name tag) was not friendly at all. I stopped at east side location on two separate occasions and neither day was he welcoming or friendly. The first time he seemed sleepy, tired and not wanting to be at work. Second time better but not totally customer service oriented. Now, Mr. Marc Gutierrez, he helped me with paperwork, was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He made the rate of the 4 stars to Sierra Title. Office was clean and fresh. Office and desks had sanitizer bottles and glass shield for protection. Thank you for that.
