Bought a used suv 6 weeks ago. 2 of the tires have small leaks. They were low when I bought it, but was told they were fine. Filled them and they were ok for a few days. Now, I am waiting for them to order tires...however...they will use my warranty to replace the 2 that have leaks, but I am responsible for replacing the other 2. All because they sold me a car with faulty tires. I really shouldn't have to buy tires for a car I've owned for 6 weeks. But I'm told they are "doing as much as they can". This was after calling 5 times and not getting a call back. Took a 6th call and me insisting on waiting on the phone until I could speak with someone. Tried to talk to the manager, you guessed it, no call back.

Recently wrecked my car and it was totaled. Not only did they actually have the vehicles listed on their site, Taylor was able to help me get things sorted out so I was able to leave with a car I didn't even know I wanted. Considering the uphill battle I brought with me, he helped make it smooth. Can't recommend these guys enough. Excellent work!

Terrible customer service. The service manager Shawn is very rude towards me. I was speaking to Kenneth regarding a rental vehicle since my vehicle was getting maintenance. I asked Kenneth why was he taking his time checking for a vehicle for me. I got upset because of Kenneth's tone towards me.. I responded back saying you do have to answer me like that.. Then His Service Manager Shawn to me if you don't like what he do here go to Bob Bell. So I asked the receptionist if I can speak to the General Manager regarding the experience that I received from The Service Department Manager Shawn and Kenneth. I went to talk the General Manager about the situation and Shawn The Service Manager comes behind me while I'm talking and says you're lying. I have never terrible customer service like this before. I would not recommend anyone to come here to get there Vehicle service here.

He really needs to go back to boxing he has no experience as a Car Lot dealer plus he's a liar I never made it in the door workers standing outside who want to stand outside and transact business with a Salesman he's just in the wrong business

Still a great place to get your car serviced.

People were nice, the only thing is the wait, it shouldn't take 2 hours and 15 minutes to rotate tires and break locked lug nuts off. But will still go there for service anyway. I rate it 4.5 stars

Good place. Very clean and updated with technology. The guy that checked me in was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Even though I was in a rush, they were pretty efficient with my inspection and an added wheel alignment. They were a bit pricey for my liking, but I was happy with how they kept my car clean, kept me updated and were timely. Overall, great experience.

Marc used his extensive knowledge and polite demeanor to make the process quick and easy. I will definitely return again to service my car here.
