You don’t have to rent was Shawna’s messaging on a Facebook post that sparked my attention and she was right! She and her staff worked diligently to get us ready for the loan process and when the time was right, we bought the perfect 5 bedroom house on a culdesac right next to the neighborhood park to raise our kids in! She recently helped us with a refinance too! Shawna is a genius when it comes to strategizing to make your home owning dream come true! You can trust her to have your back every step of the house buying journey.

Shawna and her team are amazing! She helped us refinance our home and was so kind and patient. My wife and I felt like we knew exactly what was going on with our loan every step of the way. They provide weekly updates and that was super helpful for us. We know that if we ever have any questions we can reach out and will promptly get an answer. We would not recommend anyone else! Both of our kids and multiple nephews/nieces have also worked with Shawna and have had a wonderful experience. She is our lender for life!

Unfortunately I had to delete my original positive review about Shawna (I posted too soon.) What started as an amazing process, quickly went downhill. I ended up having to contact corporate to fix errors such as me being listed as a teacher when I am a paraeducator/instructional assistant. (Only one of many errors after we had already been delayed two weeks for closing with a 60 day closing. In total, it took almost 3 months exactly to close.) This caused many delays in closing. There was also many troubles with communication. I was then told for all the troubles, I would be sent a gift card and never was...or never received it. I asked if I could get the receipt so I could contact the issuer to get it replaced and Shawna ignored me, unfortunately. On the bright side, her company immediately sold our loan to another company so we won’t ever have to deal with this one again. I wish I had received better service than we did; it made us hate the home buying process so much, that we likely won’t do it again anytime soon. It was an experience unlike any other, but we were in too deep by the time we realized.

Super glad I found Talley! Soooo knowledgeable in every aspect of lending and real estate. GREAT communication and really goes the extra mile. Thanks Talley!!!
