Sharon is nice. I didn’t connect well with Niki over the phone well. As a new home buyer, I get pretty anxious with the process and the unknown of buying into a loan. When speaking with Niki, her approach felt more like “ok let’s just get this done and over with” type of energy, although I do admire her persistence in following up with me if I had my documents. My husband and I are going through another broker who fully explains the process and is friendly over the phone, assures that we’re not left with questions before hanging up. He’s also pretty quick with getting things going.

A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to buy a house for the first time. My credit situation was not ideal and I didn't know who to turn to for help and advice.
