Shane and team closed a $2,300,000 loan on a $3,000,000 home purchase during COVID. We even moved the closing date up 2 full weeks halfway through the transaction. Jumbo loans are difficult in any market and moving a closing date up can be brutal and most lenders will tell you NO before you ask the question. Shane stepped up and made it happen!
