Seth communicated extremely well and was very diligent in the entire process. I stayed on on top of everything and he did the same, but I would say above and beyond. We closed a whole week earlier which moved our timelines up to get into our new house even faster. Also his rates were great and with the lender credits I got, I ended up with a lot of my earnest money back. Next t home I buy I am definitely going to Seth no doubts about it.
