a company this awful should not be able to stay in business. their negligence is borderline predatory. I end up spending HOURS on hold every month trying to fix their mistakes, causing damage to my credit and being over charged. most recent problem was when they replaced my payment info with a completely made up bank account, then wouldn't let me change back, and still stuck me with late fees. How this company stays in business while being so careless and irresponsible with such important information is beyond me. if you can find a way out...DO IT

So far this is a horrible mortgage company. They are slow to respond. They don't handle things correctly, I've had to contact them almost every month to fix billing mistakes. They force you to call into get info, but then when you call in, you get a voice mail. Not a very efficient/very good company. I'd stay away if I could. Only reason I have a loan here is because a broker got me the loan here, I didn't choose to get funded through them. This company ignores what you ask and answers what you didn't ask, it takes weeks for them to figure out what you are trying to ask and it takes multiple reps. This place is a complete failure and the only way I think they could stay in business is if they were doing something shady behind the scenes, like not handling customer billing correctly and/or finding every reason to not drop that PMI (so they can milk it for as long as possible). I have reached out numerous times and after weeks of asking, I still don't have the information; just a bunch of excuses that wouldn't apply to me if they would just read the documents I have sent them, but they don't.

Unresponsive, unhelpful customer service. My loan was sold to this company. Absolute failure of a company. Simple billing questions could have you on hold for hours. They close at 5 pm, but if you call at 4:30 pm, you will be left on hold until they close. I’ve never had customer service this horrible. Serv Sol would be better off to outsource their customer service. The inability to reach anyone is absolutely ridiculous.

Never had a problem with my payments. They always notify of changes ahead of time or scheduled maintenance for the website. And I appreciate it and the customer service is very professional.

I've had ServSol since I bought the house in 2015 and only had one issue and it ended up being my error. The CSR handled it professionally and thoroughly explained where I had made the mistake. I hadn't logged into my account for a while and when i did last week, I noticed I needed to update my password...it was hardly a traumatic event.

What Mortgage company don't defer a mortgage payment? I mean is it that hard to help someone. Just need a Little help for the end of the year. The person I talked too didn't even know what defer payment even means.

Worst experience with a mortgage company in my life. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would recommend going with ANYONE else. They have blatantly disregarded and outright ignored HUD's policies, and as a HUD mortgage servicer you would think they would know what those policies are. However they openly don't care. When asked about the fact that they know they are going against policy they have changed the subject or ignored my question because they KNOW they are in the wrong! They have openly lied to me, saying on more than one occasion that they held and wouldn't apply our payments because "our account number wasn't listed on the check from the bank", yet they knew it was our check, they had the amounts correct, the name correct and were just sitting on them... not applying them causing us bogus late fees and credit damage. I contacted other mortgage companies who let me know that they were using this as a tactic to wreck our credit so we couldn't refinance and leave. They have completely bottomed out our credit and really the only way we can think to get out from under them is to sell our home. Their practices are dishonest, manipulative, and down right disgusting to put it mildly. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Steer clear and save your sanity and credit!

I have been living in my home going on 4 yrs the mortgage company switched from ameris ban after a month of living here. I mone in October 23 2015 by December of 2015 my mortgage went from 649 to 749 then late January 2016 my mortgage went from 749 to 849 i am supposed to be on a fixed rate. Servisolutions stated that my takes was the reson for the jump then turned around a few months later and claim it was my Insurance which i had been paying out of my own pocket for home insurance until April of 2017 also the amount of my loan i was approved for was 100,000 shortly after move here the light fixtures and the electricity started acting up 2 weeks after i got this home. I couldn't afford to pay for the appraisal so the Guy i went through to purchase my home brought a new box but didn't put in all the breakers when i tried to contact him after find out this information i was unable to get him on the phone. About 3 months into me living here the house started shifting then foundation cracked i called servisolutions they refused to assist with helping me. Around February 2017 a storm came through damage was done to my roof they tried to hold on to the money from insurance to repair the roof i called them on several occasions to get the check for repairs the in November i called to speak with the guy over the home insurance policies mind you i was paying out of pocket to ALL State and he first claimed i didn't have insurance and they had been paying through my escrow account for their personal insurance. Long story short i received a check around November 16th repairs were done now i do know rhat i am responsible for my property at this point however i lost my job June of 17 went through hardest hit Alabama from September of 17 till October of 18 i had been paying my mortgage on time every month since i move my home with the exception of one month in 2016 due to the climb in my mortgage i was late i think on my October payment. And i was on time every month since until i lost my job due to me being in the hospital. I called servisolutions to see if i could have amount i was behind on put to the back of my loan to catch it back up mind you it was only a month late at this point they flat out refused i asked if i could refinance they told me no so i asked if i could do a dead in lou or cash for key or just give rhey the house back they refused which lead to me going through Hardest Hit Alabama . Hardest hit Alabama paid the last payment on my home on September 18th 2018 after paying the September amount on September 10th 2018 so that i could be caught up because my payment actually started with them on October 10th 2017 which gave me 12 months. I called Servisolutions in October to inform them that i was looking for work after and that i did have all the money to make my November payment and was told i was already two months behind and they were starting proceedings to evict me i asked them how my loan was still 98.000 when hardest hit paid 30,000 and i paid atleast 20,000 myself which i thought would bring my loan down atleast to 80,000 and was told the money hardest hit paid wasn't to my mortgage but to the interest. So i started looking into doing this short sale however they have been giving me the run around up until April of this year and i just found out my house isn't worth 100,000 it's only worth 65,000 even with all the money i put into repairing thing's that was not fixed when i purchased this home like the pipes the ceiling fans cabnets roof the central air and heat gave out in 2017 and i was being charged by the gas company my kids and i had to sleep out side in my car because the house gets extremely hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter i also had to replace the water heater because it wasn't working as well now i will say that i have caused some normal ware and tare as far as carpet goes but this house was never worth 100,000 dallors due to the faulty renovation done by Marty Sparks and the appraiser and the attorney all of which new i had lack of knowledge and didn't explain the agreement

Absolutely worthless customer service, broken website that suddenly doesnt recognize passwords, and unhelpful staff. That is if you can even talk to someone. Basically Servisol is saying “good luck on your own.” Can’t wait to see my penalties for your website not working. This company is horrendous. Just absolutely laughable, if you have a dark sense of humor I guess. Stay far, far away.
