During my last service in March they replaced a engine seal and end up chipping paint off my car and they technician left a pretty important sensor unplugged that cause my engine light to come on.

Wonderful customer service. I've never had a bad experience. Recalls can take a while but they have shuttle rides or offers a loaner car if needed.

As I was there to get my vehicle worked on I watched as mechanics searched through people's personal belongs t see what they could take.. SMH, since when does what is in a Walmart bag have to do with fixing a car? If that wasn't bad enough. I was there to have a key programmed for my vehicle. I had left the broken key in the cup holder of the vehicle so that I could address the issue at home. But instead when I got home the key was not in my cupholder where I had placed it. Yet, I had to pay over 257. To get a new key and be robbed. Not happy

Had to get my visor replaced. Had to order part and return for repair. Always excellent and friendly service. Keep my cars in great shape.

I came in for a low tire pressure, and got a free oil change! And they cleaned my car! I bought from AUTOMAX ,and now I am more than satisfied with ServiceMax! Great job AUTOMAX!
