This company has the nerves to send me a bill for 12 cent. When I called the company I was told I owed a little over 50 dollars to pay off the balance. You would think that the letter they sent me would have included the payoff amount. When talking to them on the phone there is a detection of anger in their voice. They always appear to have a nasty tone in their voice also. I can't believe this company in the fact that if I would have sent a check, I would have thought I was done with them. They even had the nerves to send me a letter of collections. I can't recommend doing business with this company because it appears they are out to ruin people credit rating. Pay them off quick if you can and save yourself the heart burn.

Well where can I start? Today was my first day and man let me tell ya.... Greatest Experience thus far the training is amazing the people are Uber friendly and let's not talk about the staff. Aww man superb display of professionalism along with entertaining with the tasteful sarcastic humor. I can't wait to display my talents and also becoming a major asset to the company. Peace ✌️

Contractor beware!! This place doesn't pay when they say they do. They will lie and send out a report that says they have paid in full with completion for funding date and everything. Except where is my money then!!! After multiple phone calls asking where it's at, they started playing the blame game saying it was my bank that was the problem....yeah ok, I have also shared the conversation with my bank as well so try again.....also do the right thing and just give me my money already!!! Any contractor thinking of using this trash finance company, I would strongly recommend against it!! Use FTL finance. Their customer service is 10 times better and they actually do what they say they are gonna do. Just food for thought FTL Finance is great and my only regret is switching from them but I am super happy and glad to be back with them after this huge headache of an experience!!

They are a predatory lender. They call you days BEFORE the payment is due to bother you about payment, even if you are never late.

Service was prompt and thorough!! Agent explained everything very well.
