Their customer service really needs help and when I came to pick up my car it took them 30 mins just to bring it out.

Little slow on the parts store and sometimes the gave you the wrong items. But most of the time is good service, we buy transmission oil, brake pads, filters, etc. On the service are slow too but the do the job. We had a recall for an older model (matrix 2003) and they took it, about 3hrs. Is best to go early in the morning.

3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. After 2 hours I walked in to the service department to follow up and all the service managers were just ignoring us. 1 of them was eating sandwich and just answer us “uhuh” when i asked question. One guy finally asked us if we have any question and he is very sarcastic with everything he say to us. We were very polite and respectful dealing with them. I’m sure all of us has other and better options.

All my maintenances and services have went well with no issues whatsoever. Wait time was minimal at most. They are very proactive and contact you immediately if they anticipate any delays. The employees there are always hard at work even during lunchtime! If you want top of the line customer service, be sure to do your part as a customer and be patient. These guys are not an octopus and can't juggle a million things at once, they are human too and can get overwhelmed at times. Don't try to be a Karen and make things go your way. The nicer you are the more better service you'll get.

My Tacoma had a 35,000 mile oil , filter change, tire rotation and all the various point inspections that comes with the $ 129.99 deal. I dropped off my truck by 8AM at the service department and by 10 AM the Truck was ready to be picked up. I drove it home and washed the truck and opened the hood and saw that windsheild washer tank cap was off .The fluid had spilled and fairly empty.. I made a note of it. I had to return today ( 7 AM )to take care of a recall item..I informed the advisor of what I had discovered. The advisor made a note of it. Around 10:30 AM I returned pick up my truck, the advisor informed that maintenance had cleaned up the windsheild fluid tank refilled it. I made a walk thru of my truck and proceeded to drive when warning light came up on the dashboard and incissant beeping since I live close by i pulled into my driveway and started to inspect and saw that hood was not properly secured. I opened the hood and saw that radiator fluid fill tank cap was off and didnt see any spills around the area....I secured the cap , closed the hood , the warning light went off the beeping stopped ..I notified the advisor..Now I made it point to go a AAA aproved shop to perform an inspection just to make sure that I am not going to have any other surprises. I am disappointed in the type of service that I was subjected to..

Full disclosure, I am writing this review a month or two late. It took me going to another Toyota service center today to understand how lucky I was dealing with Gabriel @ Hamer. I'll see you tomorrow morning Gabriel. Thank you for making my experience easy.

Great customer service. If you are just going there to take your car for a regularly scheduled maintenance expect to wait at least 2 hours. I don't know how they justify that time. Other than the wait they're great.
