I had to get a new card. Only way to activate it is to give my social security and birthday and much more personal information on the phone to a computer. Told that was only way possible. I saw the woman threw the glass laugh at me to a coworker for saying I'm not comfortable with that. I'm sad that this was my experience. I believe I'm going to a different credit union.

Every time I go here I am greeted by the staff by name. I deposit into my granddaughters account and do shared branching always with a smile. I have used other branches in the past they're okay but this branch just makes me feel like I'm home.

My wife and I moved our finances over to this bank once a branch opened down the street. I have always had a great experience with the staff here and recently they went above and beyond for me. An online payment was double posted by mistake causing my account to be overdrawn. Since I caught it on the same day they were able to reverse it and save us from some nasty fees. Thanks so much guys!

I called 3 branches and only got a recording. I pressed the appropriate number and the recording started over again. How does one speak to a liver person?

I called to check my balance on my card and Anthony answered and was very polite and helpful he gave me everything I needed answered all my questions and wished me a merry Christmas and told me to be safe and was a great help thank you Anthony you are great !

Best bank and the people there are awesome no atm fees they refund them.
