The team here did an amazing job at getting me the best possible return this year, a previous accountant of mine didn’t do so great so I was very thankful to have found a reliable and friendly business to help me out!

After receiving a notice from the IRS that my 2017 tax return was delinquent, I had to write this review. My experience with this CPA was spotty at best. Communication was poor and prices continued to change. I had them doing my accounting for 2018 and the original bid started at $100, then jumped to $200 at some point in the year, then to $300 by the end. No notices. Also, payments weren’t collected monthly. There wasn’t a monthly report provided to me. Nothing. I’d just get a random bill by email for greater and greater amounts for whatever work they supposedly did. Unfortunately, when I requested these records so I could file MY OWN 2018 taxes because I had lost all trust - I got them in a format that i could not open. I would have had to pay $200 for the quickbooks desktop software. Ridiculous! It took me weeks to get this info that was also supposedly done already. Back to the 2017 taxes - I had to call several days before taxes were do to ask if they were filing them and what the amount owed was because I wanted to pay it and not be delinquent. Well I got a rounded up “estimate “. So, they hadn’t completed my taxes yet.... DAYS before they were do. So I wrote a check and sent it to the IRS without my return, per their instructions, and they said they would send the return. Well NOW I get a notice that that 2017 return was never filed! I am seriously reeling. So I’m now in the process of trying to get this resolved with the IRS and I may have to pay fines because of the mistakes and negligence of this CPA. It’s truly unfortunate because I trusted her and I feel that I was taken care of at the bare minimum level - not prioritized. There was a lack of communication, which devolved into the appearance of dishonesty. Sorry, but I can’t recommend at all.

Horrible Service, I made a big mistake coming to get her services. Don't waste your time.
