Senor Instant Cash #04 Fondren Rd, Houston

First I read the reviews on this place and saw mostly good and a few bad but I came in and gave them a try anyways because I really needed to cash my check from work. When I went up to the window she didn’t greet me or even acknowledge me. I told her i needed to cash a check so she took the check. After about 5 minutes of pretending to do something on the computer she hands it back and ask for a phone number and my id. She hands it to the woman sitting in the back also doing nothing and she scans it, does something with my id, and after about 10 minutes she hands it back to the woman at the window and tells me they can’t verify my check at the corporate office. Which I also say someone else leave a comment and say the exact same thing. They are very sketchy and who knows what information they just got from me. I will be going to corporate about my visit. Don’t come here!! They will waste your time!! And probably not serve you based on race!!!

This place is just a rip off . When I first cashed my check here they wouldn’t give me the complete amount of my check. When I asked for my receipt I was told it wouldn’t let them re print it . After a while I went back to cash a check since this place is close to my job and was in a rush for an appointment. Once of the checks was for a really small of amount ($50) and assumed they wouldn’t charge much since they charge “1%” . On my receipt showed there was a fee of $0.00 but commission I was charged $2 for a $59 check like seriously. Don’t come to this place all they do is steal from your checks and will also keep the change of your check to pocket the money.

Only giving 1 star because that's the least you can give. Called to double check closing time the lady that answered said I had time. Called again while on the road to them and they said they closed early. Still pulled up since I already arrived before closing time. All lights were on including the open sign but the door was locked. How can you run a business that way? Misinform and lie to potential customers.

Visited this business on a Monday 07-2020. Wasnt greeted by either cashier there.Niether cashier spoke a word until I told them how rude n unprofessional they were. * These are the people that have customer service jobs *

Claudia Rodriguez has poor customer service skills. She was not wearing a name tag so I'm not sure if that'd her real name. She refused to cash my check due to her lack of knowledge to use the companies verification system. I went to the bank across the street and cashed my payroll check with no problems. When I asked was the check not verified properly on her behalf she started she do this every day and refused to try again. I informed my payroll department of the situation and she refused to speak with them. I will never go to this place again nor will my husband.

Why have 3 people in the back and 1 window open. Slow service and customer service horrible.

Great customer service there very professional. Fast service and know how to handle business. I have always been treated with respect and they have helped me out and answered all of my questions. Thanks
