The staff was courteous and prompt. The manager explained to me about the fee. He encouraged me to check and compare the fee of other competitors and I discovered that Senor was offering the best value. I was able to purchase money order for free and sent money to my family through Western Union all at the same time.

Used to be 5 star service, but then they started charging for their money orders, while all their signs outside still claim free. False advertising. As they won't tell you until after they've charged you too, while refusing to hand you your change. I had been coming here for years. A notice or sign would have been nice. But all the signs still say free!

Count your money before you walk away. They stole 10$ from me and refused to count the tilt. Money orders are not free anymore .

This place is horrible! DO NOT, I Repeat do not get money orders from this place because if you need to return it or replace it for another one, they will rip you off, charging you $35 when at the back of the money order says it will be $15 to get a refund if you mail it in. To confirm I went to a PLS Western Union and there they replace it and issue a new one without having to pay no fee. I wonder how many people they take advantage from... SMH

Horrible customer service. They make up reasons why they aren’t able to cash Checks. Don’t waste your time. Representative couldn’t even explain anything to me.

Fake advertisement, these people wanted to charge me $265 when it’s 1% ! I feel bad for everyone that gets scammed that way
