Senor Check Cashing #20 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas

I normally don't have any issues with these people but today was different. I went in to cash my check and get a money order....I walked outside and told the CSR to wait because I have to run out to the car, I came back in and my check was already cashed. I let it go, went ahead and asked for my money order, that's when I realized that a fee of 8.00 was taken out of my check. 8.00 that I can't afford at the moment so I asked the manager why wasn't I told the fee before hand, he told me it's simple math. Completely insulted my intelligence. Very rude. Very unprofessional. After all this, I asked for a corporate number....he gave me a fake phone number. I will not be returning to this location now knowing that customers in this area are looked at as dumb people that can't add. Work on your customer service. This guy had no reason to have an attitude with me or my wife

On May 8 2018 at 6 pm. I walked in there to do some money orders.. which were organized by pieces of paper to let her know how much for each money order.. she refused to look at them and shoved them back at me... and only took the money ...needles to say she gave me the money orders incorrect...and also she was very rude .snapped at me that if I didn't like it to not come back..So I asked for a manager in which she replied I am the manager... and refused to let me get her name or info on the matter..or a number to report her... I was going to be a regular customer but not anymore....

Great Fast Service, MUCH,Much Faster and Way, Way more Polite than the CK Cashing place one block west of them. Cant say enough about how courteous and nice they are.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give them a negative star. That's sad for a business to make you uncomfortable on your first visit. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you're buying a money order.

Don't come here they dont like america people they treat you like trash and over check your information. And I had my picture id and my work picture id and they called my job and still was looking for stuff to check until they finally cash my check it was ridiculous and sad I will never step foot in this place again and I'm taken my business else where!!!!!!!

This is a bs company!!! I just spoke to someone name Jasmine!! They are horrible don’t use this company it’s a ripoff!!! I load money every week and they waited 3 months to charge a monthly fee!!

Fast and convenient place to come in and cash your checks it only took me less than 5 minutes to cash my check while it was my first time at this place. Highly recommend Senor Check Cashing on Camp Wisdom Rd.

I like to come here to this place to cash my check this guys always are FAST and always friendly customer service. They also have FREE prepaid cards.

It's very clean in here, but the service is no good! Go next door to PLS, it's literally 1 minute away.
