I have cashed payroll checks here many times, however there has been an ongoing problem. I would come there almost every Friday cash my check and put money on my ace elite debit card, after having done this over and over nobody ever said we have our own card and it is free to load money, meanwhile they were charging me every time 5.00 to load my ace card. Now the problems is the machine is broken and they cannot load money on their own debit card , this has gone on for weeks now. So I no longer go there to cash my checks and have to go to another location to load my card. I now go to the location on hillcroft near Bellaire and there has been no problem and the people are very nice,but my main complaint is charging me that 5.00 all those times and nobody said ,'why not use our card its free, I probably paid over 100.00 is 5.00s. I was the one that had to finally ask about a debit card with them they actually never offered. And another time i was cashing my check and the girl behind the counter was waiting on another lady cashing her check at the same time as she was helping me and never gave me back my 10.00 change but insisted she did. The manager did give me the 10.00 but the girl looked at me like I was stealing, which is completely crazy because I make in a day what she probably makes in 2 weeks lol

They say that they cash any check that's hard to cash, but when I went there they told me because the check wasnt in the system then they cant cash it. Now how can a check ever get in their system if they refuse to cash it. It's a payroll check from Comcast, seriously! Just dont understand that one!

Tried to keep my check because i didnt want to cash with them. Tried to charge me $60 but walmart down the street does it for $8

Horrible service did not recommend returning to this place after yesterday, I wanted to change my check and a money order took a long time never make me wait so long and that man did not know what he was doing and they looked very confused. The other who ran the store if he served me well and quickly.
