SEFCU New Scotland Ave, Albany

The slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here for 45 m and counting and 2nd car just finished getting helped. It doesn’t and shouldn’t take that long to help 2 customers. My transaction took over 10 mins and I was given someone else’s debit card.

I came in sat to open up 2 accts mint and owners choice and they only opened up my mint wheres my owners choice if u going to do your job at least do it right

Don't bank here. This branch is the worst. Very slow. Banking traffic always blocks cvs. This is the worst branch. Go some place else.

Walked all the way over there in the rain only to find out that only the Drive-up was open. Called to ask if this was the fact but gave up after being on hold for 1 1/2 hours. So i didn't have the ability to handle my banking. I guess only people with cars can do banking these days.

Seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful.

Originally it started out as a great Credit Union then the president started getting greedy and decided that it wasn't important about the members anymore it was about his pocket and what he could get out of it I wish Michael would have kept on the trend that he was on because it would have been a great credit union now it runs like a bank and of course this is my opinion KAISER LEXIE AND R NAMASTE

Every single time I go the drive thru line is almost an hour wait!! So be prepared to waste absurd amounts of time and gas 👎🏻

Buttons for the doors for disabled patrons make it very easy to go in and do your banking. Pleasant staff and very clean restroom.

Never enough staff. Waits are long, no one acknowledges you when you walk in. Long wait at the drive through.

Too slow. The drive thru is Ridiculous! Sitting in line for 45 minutes!
