Security Title is the best title company we have ever worked with. They are extremely friendly, dependable, and fast. The staff is very knowledgeable about land and water transfers. We would definitely use them for all of our title transfer needs.

While the closing agent was pleasant to work with, the closing and funding process was wrought with miscommunication and mid-steps. I’m all for giving small town America my business but not at the expense of playing it loose. Before you make an offer on a property, MAKE CERTAIN you aren’t going to be railroaded into using this business, all you will experience is their incompetence resulting in your frustration.

Security Title represented us in a property sale. The sale was completed May 5th but we have never received payment for the property. The only person you can talk to is Shiloh the receptionist. Is there anyone actually in charge of the company?
