I’ve had this account for several years now. I must say that I am severely disappointed with this place! Michelle was extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional, & downright unprofessional to me and my husband!! We closed our account today for our mistreatment!! Just as we were leaving she was really rude to a woman who wanted to transfer money to this bank!! When does it ever stop?! I will never do any business with them ever again!!!! They have totally forgotten who put them in business!! Now my family & friends know, NOT to do business with them period! When I made a withdrawal, they had the nerve to ask me if I was employed or not. I told them that it was none of her business. Then Michelle made a very snarky remark and my husband witnessed it..save yourself some anxiety, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Vicki always goes above and beyond to help me with out with any problems that I have! Her communication is on point and she sorts the problems out so quickly. She always leaves me feeling taken care of!

Nicest people on the planet, very clear communication, Ayisha Mitchell is a rockstar and I can't thank her enough for helping me understand and figure out my financial plans. Awesome service at this branch, thank you guys.

On a Friday afternoon at about 5 pm I brought in a large envelope full of cash I needed to deposit (in another credit union because this is a co-op network credit union). Brittney welcomed me and helped me through the process. She answered all of my questions, counted all of the (many) bills that I had brought in, and ironed out all of the wrinkles - literally. It was super easy for me and she was very nice. I appreciated that she never made me feel like I was a burden and acted like doing this tedious work for me was her pleasure.

These people are great! I can only specifically refer to the girl I spoke with Brittney! But one can only assume that her engagement and sincerity reflects the company as a whole. Between walking me through my credit review and application process with intricacy, immediate and thorough responses through email regarding my account, I couldn’t fathom a better representative or even company to do business with. Thank you so much for all your help and I can’t wait to do more business with you guys. And, of course, thank you again Brittney for all your help!

Jen Welch is the best helper! She has years of financial experience and is a real professional that treats everyone with the utmost respect and gracious courtesy. I recommend her for any financial assistance you may need from a credit union.

Probably the best customer service team in banking!! Shannon was so nice to deal with, and she even took the time to disinfect the little tube thingy before sending it out to me in the drive-thru. Great team & location.

I have been a member since my first car loan in 1991..I have always had a good experience every single time. I can't remember all of their names but they all remember me and call me by name as soon as I walk in..they make sure you get took care of every single time with a smile.

This branch is amazing! I love all of the girls that work here, they’re so friendly! The benefits that I get from this checking account are also really phenomenal. I broke my phone and they gave me $200 towards my new one to fix it!!! I couldn’t believe it! What checking account does that?? Open an account here, seriously. You won’t regret it!
