Christina is a jewel. Very professional and comforting. She made me feel at ease as we sorted out all the required paperwork to close my account and open up a new one after having my purse stolen. She went out of her way to ensure my accounts were not compromised. Her follow up phone the next day was unexpected. She reassured me and provided loop closure to my follow up questions.
