Security Finance Keith St, Cleveland

I am currently a customer. I have paid all of my payments on or before my due date. I love the convenience of being able to call in my payment over the phone to pay with my debit card. I HATE that they are constantly calling me trying to get me to renew my loan. They leave me voicemails when I don't answer and they call all of my relatives that I used as references telling them "Please tell Angelina to call us. We have some wonderful news for her." I have asked them repeatedly not to call my family but they continue to do it anyway. It is none of my family's business that I have a loan out and it infuriates me that now half of them know. They called me a few minutes ago and I didn't answer so they called right back from a different number. I used reverse look up to make sure and when I saw that it was Security Finance, I blocked them from my phone and I'm going to tell my family to do the same. We had a good thing going until all of the non stop phone calls. Bad move guys. When my loan is paid off, I will never use you again.

Worst loan company ever they call everyday about getting their money and ive told them time and time again we dont have it at the moment so today i have it and im paying it off i would not advise using this company they have called amd pestered my family as well ridiculous

If Google was able to let me give Security Finance a rating that is more than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! That said, I am a God fearing hometown boy that believes with all of my heart in doing business at home first and I also enjoy getting to know people. The day that me and Security Finance agreed to start doing business together, I had already called a few places like Security Finance and for several reasons I was not comfortable with any of the other places at all!. Before I actually called Security Finance, I decided to look them up online and see what I could learn about the history of their business because I needed to know something about this company to see if they were gonna be worth my time to give them a call, ESPECIALLY after all the calls I made to their competitors already ended with disappointment. What I quickly learned is Security Finance has solid roots and is about as American as apple pie. This company has a very impressive humble beginning. After I called them, a woman named Lisa answered the phone. She sounded really pleasant and she spoke in such a way that I knew by the sound of her voice, she loves being at the office. On a separate occasion, I randomly dropped by the office because I was in the neighborhood and I wanted to file my taxes with them and that's when I met Crystal. Of course my taxes were being filed late but I just never had the time to get them done before this day and after I found out Security Finance does taxes, it was a no brainer. Lisa and Crystal are some of the best representations of a true southern woman. They are sweet, kind, considerate and family oriented. Both of these ladies are VERY down to earth and they leave no stone unturned when you agree to do business with Security Finance. Some of the most impressive things I learned about Security Finance is : - they lend you what you need, not what they want to lend you to keep you in debt - the interest rate is fixed - the payments are very affordable - doing business with them increases your credit score For now, I'm gonna (try to) make this final thought. If you are a local and you need some help with a few extra dollars, Security Finance is one heck of a deal, stop by their Keith Street location here in Cleveland, Tennessee and find out for yourself, I can guarantee you that you will be glad you did. If you are on the road and passing through the Tennessee Valley region, down by Chattanooga, they have locations that make it easy for you to visit them. You can still do business really easy with them because they have a customer portal to make payments online and they have a mobile app too. But if you are able to do it, visit Lisa and Crystal at the Cleveland, Tennessee location because those two southern girls make you feel like family. As God as my witness, I feel blessed to be a customer at Security Finance. I recommend reading the company biography and then giving Security Finance a call, you just can not go wrong with these folks.
