    Avoid this company at all costs. Without notifying us, they changed my life insurance policy from $20 to $137 a month. When I asked for a refund, they said it was all in the contract. Please avoid this company and never deal with anyone that has these types of policies in place.

    This company is 100% shady. They offer you this "free" $1000 worth of life insurance for being part of the Credit Union, then they nonchalantly start draining money from your account, claiming that you previously indicated.... wanting supplemental insurance. They do this in a very unscrupulous manner, in the disguise of their "beneficiary form" that they send you (via mail), for the "free" $1K. I never signed up for any extra plans/ insurance, yet they felt comfortable debiting my account. I never even gave them permission through CACU to even be connected with my bank account. I am very disappointed in both institutions currently. This is BBB material, for sure. BEWARE. Check your bank accounts daily.

    Called to check some information on my account. The employee - Dorothy Waltz - didn't have the answers so I asked if she would have someone call me back. She yelled " Take your business elsewhere." and swore at me. I am afraid to call back. She was terrible, it's hard to believe someone would employ her.

    I have had an annuity account with this company for over 10 years. I have been working with a local Financial Group in my area who has been trying to move this account for over 3 months. We have had numerous 3way calls and Yet this not been taken care of!!! Very poor customer service and response to emails and numerous calls. They were quick to take my money, but now that I am retired and want to change this, no response! Do not recommend!!! Lynn Barthels

    Beware, lots of fees. I had a small 401k from a previous employer rollover to Securian. Unlike most other institutions they charge routine fees which will quickly drain the account.

    My wife has a credit life / disability claim pending through our local credit union. MAX CREDIT in Montgomery, AL She has been working on getting her claim started and paid for well over two month. She has been receiving her short term disability through employer since May 2nd. She keeps being asked over and over for the same information. We possess good confirmation slips showing where information has been faxed and received but they keep requesting the same information.

    If you receive their company’s brochures by mail stating that you are eligible because they’ve verified your military service record…be very cautious and re-read at least twice, especially the part about (pre-existing medical conditions). Maybe I misunderstood about pre-existing medical conditions couldn’t be held against you when former (U.S. President Obama) got rid of that under the “Affordable Healthcare Act”. So I have many questions and decided to call the phone number listed. Well, let me say this, when I did get someone they were not knowledgeable and they seemed rushed and rude at times. So, into the trash can that letter went. Just offering some feedback, especially to my fellow veterans.

    Been on hold for over and hour and half about the status of my withdrawal. Have also messaged multiple times with NO response. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company to invest with. I understand COVID-19 has done a number with companies and being short staffed but this is ridiculous.
