Seattle Credit Union 4th Ave, Burien

I have been a customer of Seattle Credit Union for several years and I have been pleased over and over again and with incredibly attentive service, excellent banking policies, and most importantly the refreshing feeling of being treated like a human being. Everything about my experiences with Seattle Credit Union so far have the undertone of cooperation. They want to provide services that benefit both of us, not just them. Never once have I seen the crocodile smile that is so common from your average corporate bank employee. In particular Shayla B at the downtown branch has been great to work with on several occasions.

I went to the new branch at smcu burien to pay my auto loan,their manager assisted me to pay my bill, found out that their not accepting cash so he offered me to open a debit card instead and ask him how many minutes to take because i will be late from work -he said will not take about 5 minutes to do ,so after getting my debit card im ready to pay my bill and not knowing I need to wait again for about 20 - 30min to activate that card. Hopefully that manager knows what his saying to his customer. -i was very frustrated aside from that i was already late from work,i used to pay at tukwila branch and their accepting cash to pay bills and very fast transactions...
