Sean Herrero and his team are absolute heroes. They stepped in to save our home purchase 11 days into a 21 day escrow after our prior lender with one of the big banks completely failed us and was clearly not going to be able to fund our mortgage in time. Sean was stepping into our purchase at a time when things were utterly in shambles due to our prior lender. We were panicked we would lose our earnest money deposit and the house, the seller was convinced that we were not going to be able to perform and was thinking about showing the house to new buyers, and we were feeling like we were on a sinking ship with no where to go.
