Scott Credit Union Watson Rd, St. Louis

The car loan rate was good, but customer service was mediocre. We had a lot of issues with insurance documentation. We got a bogus charge, eventually got a refund, and then another bogus charge that was dropped after a 45 minute phone call. I wouldn't take a loan with them again.

Had a wonderful experience with Natalie. Loan process was quick and easy, and Natalie stayed late on the weekend to ensure we completed the process. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful financial rep. Thank you!!

In the process of closing accounts at Scott Credit Union. Something is seriously wrong with the loan department and that is what makes a bank. They are having serious issues with a lack of loan officers. They do not communicate to their customers at all. It's like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this credit union.

Scott Credit Union has always been there when I've needed them. I have had all my auto loans and home loan thru them!!

I am one of the newest St. Louis Missouri residents to become a member of the Illinois based credit union, and I have to say hands down the best Finacial institution in our great state of Missouri, I have many Missouri Credit union memberships along with their auto loans and Platinum Credit Cards, the minute I switched to Scott Credit union I instantly seen my money grow from their high interest free checking account to their extremely low rated visa credit card, there’s no other bank or credit union out there even close to what Scott Credit Union offers, thank you Scott credit union for expanding to Missouri residents!
