After telling a friend that I was considering refinancing, they absolutely insisted I speak to their mortgage guy, Savvas. I reached out to Savvas the next day, and within no time we had put the process in motion. Savvas and his team were INCREDIBLE! I'm financially literate but wasn't very familiar with the refi process. Savvas and his team were so helpful, and so quick to respond and walk me through my questions. When my refi fell through a few days before closing (because of personal situational changes due to Covid19) Savvas was able to rework the loan within a few hours and we ended up closing just a couple of weeks later later than we had originally planned- meaning the whole process was repeated, start to finish, in just 2 weeks!
