Santander Bank Branch Dart Dr, Hanover

Santander in general is my favorite bank. Professional service with zero hassle. This specific location; I attribute my investment portfolio, the manager gave me advice to invest instead of savings. Next level banking in my honest opinion. Lack of locations may be the only downside, but for me it's never been a problem.

This location always has given me great service. Staff is professional and kind. Santander overall has provided my family with excellent account security through many attempted frauds....thank you Santander!

Not happy with my visit. Came in to set up an account for my son, was told that he could do it. Went back to the office, gave him all the paper work that I needed and then all of a sudden I had to wait until the next day or two to come back and do it? That makes no sense. Why lie to a returning customer? This was actually very important that I get the account set up.

Atm is out of order and branch is closed at 110 Saturday afternoon. Now I must pay a fee to use another bank's atm. This is a bad customer experience. Get it together!!

Such a friendly staff! They're so quick and efficient which gets me in and out super easily every time!!

Spent 15 min in the drive through awful dont recommend this bank at all.
