Santander Bank Branch S Washington Ave, Piscataway

I've been a Santander customer for a little over 2 years now and I very happy that I made that decision. I use to go to another branch which recently closed down and had to find a new bank to become part. I walked into the branch pretty down about loosing my wallet and Berenice happened to help me with everything I needed and more . She was very insightful and went above and beyond her credentials . I am very big on great customer service and she provided care, attentiveness and professionalism the whole time . If you haven't already, become a customer of this bank. Tell them Hawa Savage and you :)

I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I have come to this bank.

One star, the options they offer are fantastic, however the banker was rude and unprofessional. She refused to open up an account for me. I gave her all my documents and even adress verifications, yet I still was refused service after waiting in the bank for 1.5 hours. I asked the banker why and she told me because her husband is waiting for her outside. She gave my girlfriend and I many excuses. Her system is to slow It's late Yada yada yada She only thought of herself not of the customer. She also escorted me out of the bank and threatened to call the police! For what?! All I wanted was to open up an account. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn't even assist my girlfriend she had us wait over 1.5 hours and nothing was accomplished.

When santander changed my mortgage auto debit I called this branch to find out when my mortgage due date is. It was supposed to be deducted on the 5th of the month but over the weekend it wasn’t. It took me 10 mins of begging 2 different people on the phone to have someone look at my loan account...I gave up trying to understand why they couldn’t just take down my loan number so I could get this info while I was at work. The mobile app is down also. SMH

Horrible wait times. It takes over a half an hour for each transaction!

I come by auto bank EVERYDAY and everyday is the same thing, takes the lady about 20 min to deposit - is soo bad that now i leave 20 min earlier because i know they take a loooong time !!!

Worst experience they always making a problem for every little thing..

This location has very nice tellers and great customer service!!
