Beautiful and Organized Branch, Very Manhattan Vibe in Long Island. Pleasant people, the tall girl, pretty, she’s a sharp dresser, you would know who she is when you walk in, very knowledgeable.I enjoy the vibrancy and energy of the staff that works here. Probably the most friendliest bank I’ve been to.

I have had the most satisfying experience banking with Santander. The service is impeccable and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. Most of my banking is done with Jizet, she has been so patient and helpful with me from the start. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I recently switched some of my banking services to Santander due to an offer the made to me. I was a bit hesitant as starters but I gotta say I definitely now they totally got me and i am extremely satisfied. I even work in one of the BIG 4 banks and I know whenever it comes to customer service, compliance and high expectations and the staff in this Santander branch definitely fulfill all those. Everytime I go they do an excellent job. The tellers look so professional and they are very kind, they machines area at the top of the technological standards and high-end looking. The bankers as well are extremely knowledgeable and wise. Thus being said, I’m staying with Santander definitely. All banks, ALL OF THEM, provide the same financial services. There’s no difference. Same rates, same fee waivers, blablabla... the only thing that makes a difference between financial institutions is the contact and human service they provide. The excellence in customer service, genuine customer service, they can deliver to you whenever solving your needs. Highly recommended!

I come to make deposits at this branch, I personally do not bank with Santander but my mother does. The Operations Specialist Angelica is extremely upbeat and professional. She looks like the go to person at this location and therefore I highly recommend this location, just one thing parking is difficult.

Nice and professional. Walked-in last November and visited the branch again recently. Felt warm welcomed. Use online banking from time to time and the security is good.

Liz is right, their practices leave little to be desired. Stay away from This bank, so many to chose from no need to sell yourself short! Angela is customer oriented and pleasant with a friendly disposition at the helm. Others seemed annoyed by having to deal with customers. Had enough of the negative experiences with this branch in Great Neck on Middle Neck Road. Beware to the elderly! If you know any seniors especially males banking with this branch, protect them - Stay away from the aggressive tactics - Jizet’s practices have left little to be desired. Take your banking elsewhere there are so many other banks in the neighborhood. .

Excellent Team in Great Neck, Angelica, Marline and Kenneth all wonderful people and great to work with. I highly recommend doing business with this Santander branch.

Santander customer service hot line and branch are inconsistent in terms of the communication to their customers and each pushes the responsibility to the other, customers go in circles several times before anything can get done. Then they penalize the customer for not following their instructions. Avoid this bank at all costs

Great Branch, Ask for Ken or Angie. Quiet, quick and friendly. Lucky to have them !
