The manager is a real pig. I went in yesterday to withdrawal a real small amount of cash and she treated me different than she did when I was withdrawing larger amounts.. her attitude is so cold for an area like that. Get over yourself, you're working in a low income area anyways girl. If you want a better group of folks move downtown or to a nicer county.

Santander needs to do something about how this manager from this locations and the poor train this employees have. The employees have to go to her cause they seems to be lost. But the manager attitude is real bad she does not care about customers. She need to be removed from this bank and Send her to training or better fired her. Really bad service that is why I'm leaving Santander and open account some where else. Some of the big people from Santander need to read this that manager need to change the way she handle people.!!

I cannot believe what I experienced. I'm not even a customer. My coworker banks here and on our usual voyage we'd make a stop through a drive through. But unlike any other day, we'd come across a new teller at the drive through window. I saw my coworker count his money before putting into the drawer. She takes the money disappears and then comes back. Counts it again guess, it was a while before she said anything, then asks him what the amount of the deposit was for. So as the story goes, she says that he is short $120. She made little effort to count anything and assumed that my coworker gave her the wrong amount. We then went into the bank as she "counts her drawer for any shortages." He handed the money in two different forms. Some in a strap (bank band) and he rest in a separate pile. Her inexperience didn't make her realize to count these items separate to assure accuracy and double check and balance as she goes along. My question is how the bank was so lacking in verify if the mistake was on their end. After all, here are some key factors in why they should be double diligent with their follow up 1. She is new 2. I was a witness 3. They have cameras 4. He was a regular customer and well known to be a laid back individual. So laid back that he did not make a scene and followed up with the bank from his phone to save the new girl some embarrassment. I'm encouraging my coworker to follow up with higher ups. He is totally bummed up about this. I wold be too and not as calm as he is. I haven't had enough experiences to totally out rule that you shouldn't bank with them but I definitely do not recommend this location at all.

Manager there didn’t ask any question to meet needs, said he was going to request a debit card never came in the mail because the request was never done. He basically did what he wanted to do instead of what i wanted to do with my account . And this is the guy in charge of the bank . Ridiculous

I love Santander but this location could use a refreshing. Also sometimes the manager seems to be hanging out in the back doing something while the line is long. Santander downtown is MUCH better.

My wife had an account at this location over 20 years ago. (Before it was Santander). She closed her account there before we moved in 1998.Last year she got billed from Santander for a safety deposit box that doesn't exist. She called to fix it but all she got was the run-around. Got another bill this year. So Santander should be prosecuted for committing fraud.

Horrible customer service poorly trained staff manager must be inept … only two tellers on at peak hour unable to handle the most basic transactions by themselves average transaction that window took 10 minutes per person and required help from other people every time… Three people in front of me went in at 3:39 walked out at 4:07 … Completely and totally unacceptable for only three customers in-line Manager should’ve been ashamed of himself instead of just sitting at his desk ignoring the situation… but again I guess that is why his store has a low threes rating on Google … You should take your business to a bank that cares like PNC or a good credit union like Philadelphia Federal where it matters to them what their customers think and their time is valuable
