    Everyone here was great! David Olender is an awesome sales consultant and helped me walk out with my dream car, I can't thank him enough. The finance director Dave Franco was also very helpful and answered each of my questions. Highly recommend this place.

    Let's stop bragging about a president's award and really take care of your customers . Take ownership of your yes your mistakes one should not be taking time to bring back the vehicle to fix your damages. As you say we don't like to waist your money or time . Stick to your words Liz how about you address the situation and not just send me a cut and paste answer. All I am asking for is to honor what your team offers to do not to undermine them . Own your mistakes like a professional company you claim to be I have emailed the GM Owner and no reply from them hope you can fix this issue asap

I know that the repair process on your vehicle has been lengthy due to the complexity of the body work that had to be done. After I spoke with you yesterday, I mentioned that I will be more than happy to reimburse you for the window tint to repair the scratches on the rear window tint. If it is easier to have us handle the tint, we will provide you with a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in our shop. After some further research I found why we were unable to locate the service file this past Saturday. We mistakenly made an error with the vehicle identification number and have remedied that in your vehicle history. I sent you a copy of this yesterday.     I've been a customer of this dealership for 6 years now and have purchased 2 vehicles. My dad, grandfather, and uncle all currently work or retired from Ford. Loved them until the most recent interaction. Came in to get my oil changed and to get my rear camera looked at because it was only working 50% of the time. We're going on a road trip for a week and I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape. Walked away paying almost $200 just for them to tell me that my camera needs to be replaced ($900) and the oil change. Two days later, I get a notification from my car that I have low oil pressure. I just got the oil changed so this shouldn't be happening. Spoke to a rep on the phone and he said it's a 5 minute fix. Came early in the morning to get the 5 minute fix done and sure enough they wanted to check it out to see what's going on. They had it for over 9 hours just to tell me that the oil pressure sensor needs to be changed and is going to cost me another $300. I called another mechanic that I've been to previously and without telling them how much I would get charged at the dealership, they were going to charge me $187. I called Ford and was thankful that they negotiated with me to match the quote. However, I can't help but believe that the previous service caused the reported damage the second go around. I didn't have time to argue about it and needed to just get it done to make sure my family is safe during our road trip. We left 2 days later and as I'm driving through Arizona I get an "Oil Change Required" light. I've had it. After several conversations and multiple trips to the dealership, this happens while I'm on the road. Granted the rep said that they did change my oil but forgot to reset the oil change meter. When I'm trusting you with my car and paying for peace of mind that the job got done correctly, it needs to be double checked especially if I've been to your business multiple times in one week. Sorry to say that I won't be getting my car service there any longer and will be purchasing my next car from a different dealership.

    My salespersonTom Glockner was awesome! Started with a phone call, told him what I was looking for, within 24 hours He called me back and said that he found the truck that I was looking for. He sent me pictures, we talked about everything over the phone. Once the paperwork was drawn up and ready to sign he called me and said come pick up truck. I pulled in the parking lot Rancho Santa Margarita Ford and couldn't believe it when I saw my truck (F150 301A) It was Beautiful. I spent about 45 minutes they're mostly talking to Tom telling him thank you. I sign the papers and went home. It was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Thank you Tom.     This is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from RSM Ford! You can always expect excellent service from the staff. Scott, our original sales rep referred us to Mr. Roby Moore. Scott was very kind and reached out to me and my husband while we were walking around the lot. Unfortunately he could not attend to us tonight because he was off.
