The process is extremely long and the cancellation is even a bigger headache. The interest is too high and they want you to call your bank to verify your account is open and to see when the last two deposit were made EVEN WHEN YOU GIVE THEM the most recent bank statement that shows the most recent deposit and I didn't feel any genuine customer service, the agent made me do all this verification as if I was a criminal. I WILL NEVER RETURN, the overall visit at the location was on a scale of 0, and not to mention i had a account with them before it was called SAIL and always did right by them, but my todays visit made it to be my very last.

Elvin was such a great pleasure to work with, he made the process very smooth. I recommend you to ask for him.
