    After the system upgrade they are unable to issue account statements. Utterly useless!

    My time at Safe Credit Union is always horrible. This time, I was refused entry into the CU with my elderly grandmother by my side freezing outside. Then, she comes to me and thanks me for "being patient." She patronized me, insulted me and always treats me like I am less than a human being. 0 stars.

    I have had only one bad experience with a female bank teller who was extremely rude, otherwise I have had great service at this location and customer service on the whole has been nothing less than superior. I have been with safe for 2 years but actually had a joint account back in last 90's and car loan. They were great then as well.

    Atm refused to give me $500 but allowed me to withdraw $100 5 times seperately. People inside are useless if you dont actually bank with safe. Tiller blamed my bank when safe only allows people to get $500 IF YOU DONT BANK WITH SAFE. Such a joke.

    Hello Jeff, Having a limit on the amount you are able to withdraw can be difficult. Co-Op shared branches do each have a limit in place for cash withdrawals. It is recommended to contact your credit union directly to review options for larger withdrawals. We do apologize we are not able to assist further in this case!

    The new website is great. The people are functional, generally nice and helpful. ATMs can have issues and don't know why it takes so long to be able to check out your safety deposit box. I can get better rates online, but it is nice to have a local bank that is convenient. I do miss the TV that was in the lobby when you have to wait for someone, which you often do. I enjoyed watching the food network.

    ATM 's need to be updated so badly. Other banks are able to use their cell phones and safe still has too many screens asking you to confirm. They're antiquated and a pain to use.

    Every time I come to this particular branch, they have problems cashing any check whether it’s from the state or other professional company. Strangely, I never have this issue in downtown Sac. Been standing here for about 15 minutes, I should have just gone to Golden 1. Next time I will and it’s time like this where I definitely want to cancel my account.

    The ATMs have never worked here. The main floor "manager" is the rudest people ive ever encountered in a professional setting. This whole branch has a way of making you feel like your funds are not yours to touch. They have succesfully made me want to switch back to Bank of erica or even Wells Fargo. Horrible management and upkeep.
