I was quoted $410 to repair my car. When I went in to pick it up, they charged me $570. The representative Brian told me, and I swear this is true, it was because of “sales tax”. Avoid at all costs. They’ll quote you anything to get you in the door, then stiff you for whatever they want to charge you.

Terrible, told them my wife and child almost died in a car that they sold me and I didn't get a call back! In fact the GENERAL manager said nothing but,you bought the car it's yours!!!!! One employee said they would fix some issues on the car!!! The GENERAL manager told me this is my building, I run this, and I'm telling you I'm not doing it!!! Filing complaints, and getting a lawyer !

It was a stress free and easy car buying experience. I went in and told the sales man what I was looking for and he found a vehicle within my budget that had my top must haves. Would definitely buy from then again

Horrible. The entire atmosphere in that place seemed uncanny when I entered the building and everyone kept giving me a very odd stare which made me even more uncomfortable. i just bought a car for my pops yesterday a mazada 2011 I touring honestly mistake. I could of got a even better deal with zimbrick for a 2013 Chrysler that was around the same price range. The only friendly person there was of course the salesmen that was selling me the car.. The finance manager was very pushy it was annoying and will definitely be a unforgettable laughable moment of my life. I have never made someone so salty as she was yesterday. Wrapping this up I would give the review a extra star just for the friendly hospitality from the front desk and Justin who was the cars salesmen, but unfortunately I can't due to the unfriendly people. If you are buying a car and/or are in the process of getting a car good luck don't let them talk you down, do your research before impulsive decisions are made. One other thing why do you guys have a grown Chucky doll as a cars salesmen lmao.

We initially looked online for a Mazda CX-9 and Russ Darrow dealership had a new one listed online for a great price. So my wife and I drove two hours from our home to look at this car because we were very interested in purchasing it. When we went to discuss the price of the car they said it was 7k more than the online price and the 7k was after they supposedly discounted it 2k. They need to make sure their online prices are accurate because they lost a sale as a result. We drove to Miller Mazda of Madison afer and purchased a CX-9. The staff were friendly

Very good service. No messing around with what is and isn't needed, but knowing very little about advanced car maintenance that may not mean much. Very friendly, and very quick.

I wish there were negative stars to rate this place.Purchased a used Nissan Altima a few months ago for my son. Not my first choice but my son was pretty stuck on this one, plus it looked okay and seemed to run well. Five weeks later my son noticed noise coming from the floor board on the front passenger side. Upon further inspection we found a LARGE RUSTED OUT HOLE with different insulation hanging down. Large = oval shaped approxy18” long and 10” in width. We took it back to the dealership to see what they were going to do about it. You guessed it: absolutely nothing. This dealership did not disclose the existence of this LARGE RUSTED OUT HOLE at the time of purchase. Pretty sure this is illegal. Also pretty sure I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! Got me in on time and did only the work that needed to be done. Even applied a couple of coupons to the bill. I’ll be back and recommend them to others.
