Me and my wife had Don Frazier as our loan officer. He was the most professional and up to date man I had ever worked with. I highly recommend these guys to everyone that is thinking about getting a home. They will sit down with you and show you what you need to improve and they will show you strategic ways to fix your credit and settle your debt. Even after we closed and the final paperwork was done we are still in contact with the company, as they make sure we are still good and confident in our mortgage. I cannot say enough good things about Laura Mullen with Ruoff! We first started working with Laura in July of 2020. The market was crazy and we were looking at all different houses. We had put in a few offers. Laura was so quick about getting us preapproval letters sent over to the realtor! After fighting with the market for several months we decided to build a home.
